This depends on whether you only need Planning Permission or support all the way to the end of the construction stage work.

Fees are split up by design stage.

For a typical terraced or semi detached house:

• Planning permission: £1500-£2500

• Construction & Tender: 2.8-3.5% construction cost

• Site Project Management: 2.6-3.5% construction cost
