Project Management
Building projects are a complex system of overlapping and interlocking responsibilities and processes. 30 years of project management experience ensures good control of design, legislative and procurement aspects of the building project from our first meeting to completion. We work with trusted consultant partners and manage their input. On site the Architect looks after building contracts, contractor payment and make regular site visits to look at progress and compliance with our design.
